Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside. Dinner and the reception will be hosted inside the barn, with the option of dancing outside in the barn courtyard.

Yes! We have outdoor heaters available to for guests to use and the barn can also be heated if needed!

The town of Lake Arrowhead has a local noise ordinance so all events must end at 10:00pm.

Yes, the venue, buildings and restrooms are all handicapped accessible with assistance. We have a golf cart readily available for assistance across the property and parking lot if needed.

If additional assistance is needed please check in with attendant while parking.

Currently, wifi is only available in our bridal and groom suites and is not accessible in the main guest areas.

While we do allow our couples to have their furry family members included in their ceremony, no other pets or animals will be allowed on the property.

Certified service animals will be allowed and may never be left unattended at any point on the property. Waste will need to be cleaned up after and disposed of immediately.

Weddings guests & attendees are welcome to arrive at the venue as early as 30 minutes before the ceremony start time. Immediate family, bridal party and ceremony participants will be allowed in earlier if needed.

Yes, we do! All guests and attendees, including the bridal parties and family, are to park in our asphalted lot behind/below the barn. Overflow parking is available in designated areas but parking is not permitted on the main street, access roads or driveways on the venue or surrounding areas.

Rideshare options are few and far between in Lake Arrowhead so we highly recommend commuting in groups or scheduling transportation services.

Unfortunately, we do not allow any overnight parking.

The closest airport to Lake Arrowhead is located in Ontario, California. It’s a smaller international airport but they do offer a lot of direct flights and is only about 45 mins away from Lake Arrowhead. LAX and Santa Ana (Orange County) are a little bit further away but might offer more flights options.

Beverages and cocktails may be provided by the wedding host. All adult beverages consumed must be served from the hired, professional bartender. No outside beverages or alcohol will be allowed on the property.

Vegan, vegetarian, gluten and dairy free menu options may be available for guests. Pre-booking is required for these specialty meals so please reach out to the wedding host for additional information.

Unfortunately, outside food will NOT be allowed to be served or consumed alongside our professional, hired caterer.

While we love the four seasons and year-round temperatures in Arrowhead, the best time of year weatherwise is the middle of May through the middle of October. Even in the summer months, the nights tend to cool off so we always recommend bringing additional layers.
